New Features
We're excited to unveil a significant update to your project management experience, introducing powerful new integrations and a more organized, intuitive interface.
-
GitHub Webhook Integration for Automated Release Notes: Streamline your release process with our new GitHub webhook integration. This feature allows you to automatically trigger the drafting of release notes by listening to push and pull events directly from your repository's tracking branch. This powerful automation is available for our Pro users, ensuring your release notes are always up-to-date with minimal manual effort.
-
Introducing Placeholder Integrations: We're laying the groundwork for future enhancements by adding placeholders for Slack, Discord, and Email integrations within your project settings. While these are currently marked as "Coming Soon" and are disabled, they provide a clear visual roadmap of the expanded connectivity you can expect. We've also updated the project webhook manager description to provide clearer guidance.
UI/UX Improvements
We've made substantial enhancements to the project settings page, focusing on improved navigation, organization, and visual appeal to make managing your projects more efficient and enjoyable.
-
Restructured Project Settings with Tabbed Navigation: The project settings page has been completely reorganized with a new tabbed interface. This allows for a much clearer separation of concerns, with distinct sections for project details, AI settings, and project deletion. On larger screens, a vertical tab layout ensures easy navigation between these critical areas.
-
Enhanced Tab Interaction: We've refined the user experience of the tab triggers within project settings. By adding subtle hover effects and appropriate padding, the tabs are now more visually appealing and responsive, making it easier to select and switch between different settings sections.
-
Streamlined Back Navigation: Navigating back from a project page is now more intuitive. We've implemented a standard back navigation using
router.back(), providing a consistent and predictable user experience when moving between pages.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
We've also addressed several underlying issues and made behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure a more stable and reliable experience.
- UI Adjustments for Project Header: To better accommodate the new organizational structure, the "Actions" button in the ProjectPageHeader has been updated to "More," providing a more fitting label within the user interface.
